Bio: Linda O’Donnell

Linda is a highly motivated and conscientious business psychology professional. She has extensive experience of coaching and career development as well as designing and delivering leadership and team development programmes. Based in Aberdeen, her clients include the energy sector, SMEs and business professionals. She has also worked in the public sector delivering employability skills training and mental health and wellbeing workshops in local secondary schools.

Linda values an evidence-based approach and uses it to great effect to design development programmes and to inform her practice. She has recently been involved in delivering 360 feedback and coaching as part of a leadership development programme within the energy sector. Linda regularly uses psychometric tools to help her clients develop their self-awareness thus helping them to understand where their strengths lie and how to continue to develop these.

She is passionate about well-being in the workplace and has been involved in supporting businesses to create healthy, inclusive workplaces. Linda is very people focused and uses her excellent communication skills to listen and understand her client’s challenges and develop bespoke solutions accordingly.
